Hosting a Web Conference with fewer than 100 Attendees
Based on the frequency of your Web conferencing usage, The Information Services Team (IST) may issue a Named User License to you. This gives you the flexibility and autonomy to schedule as many Web conferences as you need to accomplish your work objectives.
As a Named User with the Adobe Connect System, you no longer need to submit your meeting requests with less than 100 participants to the FHWA Web Conferencing Calendar. This will help you manage your own meetings, in a more timely way, without relying on the IST to schedule for you.
