Contractors have been using advanced survey and models for some time to make their work more productive using automated machine guidance and other applications. Transportation agencies have been slow to incorporate related and highly beneficial practices and technologies to their construction inspection protocols, like GNSS rovers and 3D models. This webinar will explore how DOTs might bridge that gap and will specifically consider the lessons learned from two lead states, New York and Utah DOTs, along with a Q&A panel session of other exploring states.
