State DOT Public Involvement Guide

We are looking at working with our State DOT to make updates and improvements to ODOT's current Public Involvement Guide. We had approved this Manual in 2002 in response to 23 CFR 771.111 h(1).

I am interested in successful Guides and/or practices in other States such that ODOT and our office may review them for consideration as we proceed in our update.  If any FHWA or State DOT folks have such a Guide or practices that you feel strongly enough about, I would appreciate a response to direct me via a response her or in an email to the appropriate materials.  Thanks.
